I invite you to allow a moment’s respite from all that is swirling about this month, and tune into Elara’s September message from the Living Garden.
She walks the same path we are walking at this time. The East and West winds rise. Doubt howls. Rain falls. For a moment she wants stronger outer oars. Then she breathes — and remembers the breath that holds us all.
Ruach — the holy breath of life — arrives exactly when the need (or the doubt) is greatest. The storm continues, yet Elara stands within it as a calm vessel.
“The rockier the boat, the deeper within we are invited to go. And there, waiting patiently, is the breath that has never left us.”
As September’s winds continue to pour through our lives and our world, remember Ruach, the Living Breath. And remember to Breathe. Deep conscious breathing is one of the greatest tools we have for navigating this time of extraordinary change. Breathe and ground in what your spirit timelessly remembers: you are a child of the Divine. You are a spark of the Pleroma, the original all-knowing, ever-flowing Light. And in that Light, you can breathe yourself Home for a moment, an afternoon, and as long as you need to . . . to remember the Truth of Who You Are and the Truth of the Potency of The Great Return in these times.
The Living Garden is calling us Home . . . Again.
